          a. Resources for cancer nutritional programs

One of the best resources for nutritional guidelines while dealing with cancer is a book by Dr. Patrick Quillin titled “Beating Cancer with Nutrition”.  Dr. Quillin is considered one of the leading authorities on this subject and was previously associated with the Cancer Treatment Centers of America.  Another great book is "Eat to Live" by Dr. Joel Fuhrman.  It is recommended reading by some cancer oncologists.
